Young Clement Rivers, LLP, has evolved from a proud heritage of legal professionals, dating back to the 1830s.  Our Insurance Coverage Practice Group represents all types of insurance companies, insureds, individuals in first-party/third-party claims and individuals/agencies in errors and omissions claims. In addition, our group also handles fraud claims and investigations, excess liability coverage issues and renders legal opinions on insurance coverage questions. Edward D. Buckley, Jr. (ebuckley@ycrlaw.com) is chair of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group, has been admitted to the South Carolina Bar since 1983 and is a member of the Bar’s Tort and Insurance Practice and Consumer Law sections as well as the Consumer Law Council of the American Bar Association.  Jeffrey J. Wiseman (jwiseman@ycrlaw.com) is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and served as the Managing Editor of the South Carolina Law Review during law school.  Jeffrey is also a former claims adjuster and often lectures on bad faith and insurance fraud issues to various insurance groups.
